Let the fish be fresh or canned, pickled or smoked, you can be sure that it is difficult to find such a taste from commercial network. Then clean the fish\u00a0 and cut with skin into 3-4 inch lengths parts.<\/p>\n<p>Boil the water with salt, pepper, bay leaf, onion rings and potatoes. Nii puhastub kala limast ning sooldub kergelt. Seej\u00e4rel puhastada ning l\u00f5igata koos nahaga 3-4 sentimeetri pikkusteks t\u00fckkideks.\r\nVesi panna keema koos soola, pipra, loorberi, sibular\u00f5ngaste ja kartulikuubikutega. Lisada angerjat\u00fckid ning keeta k\u00f5ige rohkem 15 minutit. Suure rasvasisaldusega kala annab puljongile v\u00e4ga hea, rammusa maitse, mida omakorda tasakaalustavad loorber ja l\u00f5pus lisatav v\u00e4rske hakitud till.\r\nKeetmisel ja supi serveerimisel tuleb j\u00e4lgida, et kala ei laguneks laiali, vaid s\u00e4ilitaks kena l\u00f5igatud kuju. Serveerida s\u00fcgavasse kaussi.
